2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or networks;

• scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a manner that impairs performance or breaches our rights;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Information is not legal advice

Content on the Site (including articles, descriptions of services, FAQs, and downloadable materials) is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or professional advice. Laws and procedures change; your situation is unique. 4. No attorney–client relationship from the Site alone

Visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, or sending an email does not by itself create an attorney–client, consultant–client, or similar professional relationship. Such a relationship is formed only where we expressly agree in writing (or as otherwise required under applicable professional rules) after conflict checks and engagement terms are addressed.

Any description of services on the Site is illustrative. Scope of work, fees, timelines, and responsibilities are set out in a separate engagement letter, retainer, or other written agreement when you become a client. If there is a conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, layout, and software). You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WS Immigration and its directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) PHP 5,000, except where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WS Immigration from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence as finally determined by a competent authority.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to mandatory provisions, you agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
