These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at wsimmigration.com (the “Site”) operated by WS Immigration (“we”, “us”, “our”). 4. No attorney–client relationship from the Site alone

If there is a conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) PHP 5,000, except where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WS Immigration from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence as finally determined by a competent authority.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to mandatory provisions, you agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
